VINIFICATION: The grapes after a light pressing are separated from the skins, follows a static decanting cold , pouring and then fermentation at controlled temperature.
ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES: Straw yellow color with greenish tinges delicate aroma with floral overtones with evident sensations herbal of grapefruit and lemon. To taste thanks to contained an alcoholic and pleasant, fruity and fresh.
GASTRONOMIC COMBINATIONS: Goes well with shellfish and vegetable and cereal soups.
